Last Roman Post

Well Sarah and Casey have left Italy, and we are now in Madrid, Spain. We got here last night, but it is already obvious that this city is very different than Rome. Photos will be coming soon! In the meantime, we thought it would be nice to do one post with some photos of our last moments in Rome. Please enjoy!

Really long escalator at the Barberini stop of the Rome metro line A.
Galleria Borghese. There are masterworks by the famous sculptor Bernini, and they control the amount of people they let in the museums, which makes for a much more enjoyable experience. If you are in Rome, we would suggest this as one of the better museums.
Our grocery store
Intense Carabinieri guard outside the President's palace
Train ride on the way to Tarquinia
Main square in Tarquinia, which was an ancient Etruscan city along the coast of northern Lazio. They are known for their Necropolis, which has well preserved frescoes of lions, hunters, fishermen, dancers, etc in the tombs.
View of the ancient walls and Mediterranean Sea
The tram we always took to go into the center of town.
View of the Pantheon and the moon at night
Trevi Fountain at night
View of our street
Sarah and Casey at the Bocca della Verità.
Bar where they make all their own beer. We went here on our last night in Rome.
Our beers
Casey, Sarah, and friends (Jazz and Diego).

Ciao Y'all!
